International Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Pondicherry during 2026 - 2027

The Federation of India Export Organisation (FIEO), in collaboration with the State Governments, will be organizing International Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet (RBSM)  in various parts of Southern India during the year 2026 - 2027. Tentative details of the program are given below:

 Andhra Pradesh:

1. Visakhapatnam: July 9,10,11 (3 days), 2026
2. Vijayawada : October 15,16,17 (3 days) 2026

Kerala:

1. Kochi: August 12^th & 13^th, 2026
2. Trivandrum: November 5^th & 6^th , 2026

Pondicherry:

1. December 8^th & 9^th , 2026

FIEO invites selected foreign buyers to attend the International Buyer-Seller Meet and benefit from the Hosted Buyer Program outlined below.

Hosted Buyer Benefits:

• Complimentary Hotel Accommodation with breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
• Logistic Support including Airport Pickup and Drop.
• FIEO will arrange pre-scheduled B2B meetings and provide specified meeting room.
• Buyers are encouraged to initiate MOU/place orders and explore business opportunities. FIEO will be doing match making and share sellers’ details well in advance for the buyers to initiate the business discussion so that buyers will be able to conclude at least one business deal during the B2B meetings.
• Buyers must carry: visiting card, company Brochures/literature.

To & Fro Airfare reimbursement subject to following conditions:

• 50% of total to & Fro Airfare on economy class paid or 50% of the upper ceiling whichever is less will be reimbursed subject to signing MOU with at least one supplier matching the product requirements and submitting an undertaking that visiting buyer will provide periodical feedback on progress made on MOU till concluding business.
• For those who will be placing confirmed orders at the venue will be paid 100% To & Fro Economy class fare subject to the following upper ceilings:
