The Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) with the support of the Department of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is organizing VIDYARTHI 2026 will be held from 27^th – 28^th March 2026 at Manekshaw Centre, Parade Road, New Delhi, India.

The Services Export Promotion Council, set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is undertaking several initiatives in the field of educational services aimed at attracting universities, institutions, EdTech companies, and education consultants from across the globe. These initiatives are focused on improving the overall quality of educational services by strengthening academic standards, introducing specialized programs and advanced learning methodologies, and enhancing research-driven and industry-aligned curricula. The objective is to position Indian institutions as globally competitive destinations for higher education.

The major objective of VIDYARTHI 2026 (RBSM) is to create a focused platform that connects Indian Higher Education Institutions with overseas universities, institutions, and education consultants to foster collaboration in the following areas:

• Student recruitment partnerships
• Transnational Education (TNE)
• International Branch Campuses (IBCs)
• Faculty exchange and immersion programmes
• Joint research collaborations
• Twinning and dual-degree programs
• Institutional MoUs and long-term academic cooperation
