BHARAT TELECOM 2025

We are pleased to inform you that the Telecom Equipment & Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC), set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and the Ministry of Communications, Government of India, is organizing the “Bharat Telecom 2025 - An Exclusive International Business Expo” alongside India Mobile Congress. The event will be held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, on October 8-11, 2025, with support of the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.

Bharat Telecom 2025 aims to bring together potential buyers from across the globe to interact and finalise business deals through B2B meetings with quality telecom equipment/software manufacturers and ICT services solution providers from India and, to develop long-term business relationships. The event will feature Conference sessions, आत्म-निर्भर भारत Pavilion in India Mobile Congress and B2B meetings; during the event leading Indian Telecom manufacturers & Telecom/ IT solution providers will exhibit their capabilities.

TEPC is pleased to extend the following benefits to foreign delegates participating in the event:

a. Air Travel Reimbursement Subsidy (subject to approval):

• Buyers from North & South America: US$ 800
• Buyers from Africa, CIS, and other countries: US$ 510
• Buyers from ASEAN: US$ 450
• Buyers from SAARC: US$ 375

b. Complimentary Hotel Accommodation: Delegates will receive three nights of complimentary accommodation (including breakfast). Check-in on October 7, 2025 and check-out on October 10, 2025. Delegates may stay extra nights at their own expense for further nights. TEPC will assist in arranging alternate hotel accommodation on payment basis also beyond the complimentary stay, if requested in advance.

c. Logistics Support:

• Complimentary airport transfers in New Delhi.
