2nd edition of Startup Mahakumbh 2025

The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is organizing the 2nd edition of Startup Mahakumbh 2025, from 4th to 6th April 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India. The event is themed “Startup India @ 2047 – Unfolding the Bharat Story”, showcasing India’s vision for innovation and entrepreneurship in the coming decades.

Startup Mahakumbh 2025 will bring together startups, investors, mentors, and industry leaders from across the globe to explore new avenues of collaboration. Key features include:

  • Panel Discussions: Insights on emerging trends and challenges in the global startup ecosystem.
  • Market Access Sessions: Dedicated sessions for startups to explore Indian and international markets.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with Indian entrepreneurs, investors, and accelerators.

Since its inception in 2016, the Startup India initiative has transformed India into one of the world’s largest and most vibrant startup ecosystems, with over 150,000 recognized startups and a thriving community of investors, mentors, and incubators.

Building on the success of Startup Mahakumbh 2024, which attracted 50,000 stakeholders, 1,300 exhibitors, 400 speakers, and 4,000 entrepreneurs, the 2025 edition promises to further elevate India’s status as a global startup hub.

Key Objectives of Startup Mahakumbh 2025:

  • Facilitate collaboration between Indian and international stakeholders.
  • Highlight opportunities for investment and joint ventures in India’s diverse startup ecosystem.
