Maritime India Conference & Expo 2025

 

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing the 3rd Edition of “Maritime India Conference & Expo 2025” scheduled to be held from January 22-24, 2025 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The flagship initiative on Maritime Sector is supported by Indian Ports Association (IPA).

 

India is uniquely positioned to emerge as a leading global maritime hub, due to its strategic location. This International Maritime Conference and Exhibition in India will bring together key stakeholders to deliberate upon finding global, sustainable, and efficient solutions for the Indian maritime industry. The two-day conference (22nd-23rd Jan) will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, B2B/B2G sessions and roundtables exploring maritime opportunities, developments, and insights. Meanwhile, three-day Exhibition (22nd-24th Jan) will showcase the latest advancements in maritime technology and innovation, featuring cutting-edge products and solutions from leading industry players.

 

The event aims to contribute towards realizing the Maritime India Vision 2030 and support the Prime Minister’s Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal 2047 vision, marking 100 years of independence. This ambitious vision encompasses over 300 initiatives aimed at transforming India's ports, shipping, waterways, and logistic sectors. Among the key themes will be Building safer and smart ports for tomorrow, Trends in shipping and maritime logistics, Advancing shipbuilding and repair capabilities, Cruise tourism, Developing India as a global cruise destination, Inland waterways & coastal Shipping, Green ports & shipping amongst others.

 

The conference will provide an ideal networking platform to foster collaboration and partnerships among relevant stakeholders from Senior Government officials, Ports Authorities, Maritime Boards, Port Infrastructure Developers, Terminal operators, Shipping companies, Marine equipment’s manufacturers and suppliers, Logistics and Freight forwarders, Warehousing operators, Technology and Software Providers, Consulting & Legal firms, Environment & Research institutes, Insurance companies and financial institutions amongst others.
