India Carpet Expo

The Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC), an apex body set up by the Ministry of Textiles, India, is organizing the 47th edition of the India Carpet Expo scheduled from October 15-18, 2024 at Carpet Expo Mart, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

India Carpet Expo, one of Asia's largest handmade Carpet Fair, which started in the year 2000, is a biannual fair that attracts hundreds of buyers of Handmade carpets, rugs, and other floor coverings from more than 60 countries of the world. More than 250 exhibitors representing carpet carpet-producing areas like Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Panipat, Srinagar, etc, will be exhibiting wide range and varieties of handmade carpets, rugs and other floor-coverings during the Expo.

The selected overseas buyers of handmade carpets/rugs shall be provided with the following complimentary package for attending the Expo:

1. Reimbursement of USD 600 towards airfare
2. Complimentary hotel accommodation up to 2 nights (with breakfast) in Varanasi between October 14-18, 2024
3. Shuttle service from the hotel to the expo venue during the exhibition period
