World Food India (WFI)
Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India, is organizing World Food India (WFI) 2024 from 19-22 September 2024 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
WFI 2024 is envisaged on a huge scale, with an aim to showcase India as the Food Basket of the World and to explore the investment and collaboration opportunities in food processing, technology & equipment, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, cold chain, and food retail. The Focus Sub Sectors of Food Processing are Ready to Eat/Ready to Cook; Fruits & Vegetables; Dairy & Value-added Dairy Products; Meat & Poultry; Fisheries & Marine; Machinery & Packaging; Technology & Innovations and Other Allied categories.
WFI 2024 comprises of Exhibition, Conference and Thematic knowledge sessions, Reverse Buyer Seller Meet - B2B, B2G, and G2G meetings, Indian states and International pavilions, CEO Roundtables, and Food Street, Startup Awards, and much more. The second edition of the WFI organised in 2023 was an immense success with the participation of 1208 exhibitors, 16 international country delegations, 15 country pavilions, 715 international buyers, etc. A Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) is also being held during World Food India 2024 where Foreign Buyers from across the globe will be invited and hosted to have scheduled B-2-B and B-2-G meetings with the Indian counterparts from the sector.
