NOTIFICATION

Online Trade Complaints

The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has introduced an on-line module for filing and tracking of quality related complaints and trade disputes, with effect from 11.02.2019. Indian and foreign business and trade entities can register their trade complaints/disputes directly at www.dgft.gov.in. The trade disputes both will be handled by concerned authorities and progress/status update could be viewed on-line. The disputes registered will be handled subject to the laws and regulations in force in the respective jurisdictions.
