Ambassador inaugurates a special 'Flavours of India" campaign launched by reputed Rawabi Hypermarket celebrating 75th Republic Day of India.

The Embassy in partnership with Indian Sports Centre in Doha hosted the Indian Football team for a community reception on 19 January 2024. Ambassador conveyed strong support of the community to the team and best wishes for the next game.

Vishwa Hindi Diwas was celebrated in Qatar on 14 January 2024. 250+ people joined the celebrations held at the Indian Cultural Center.

Ambassador Mr. Vipul called on HE Ali bin Samikh Al Amri, Minister of Labor of the State of Qatar on 10th January 2024. In the meeting, they reviewed India-Qatar bilateral partnership in the labour sector and discussed ways to further strengthen the same.

The Embassy celebrates Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas (PBD) 2024 in Qatar on 10th January 2024. In a ceremony held at Indian Cultural Center, Ambassador felicitated 15 members of the community for their achievements in sports and arts during the past year.

A Special Consular Camp was held at Kor Bay Residency - Al Khor on 5th January 2024 where about 130 consular services were provided. during the Special Consular Camp. Embassy shall continue to organize such special camps across Qatar.

The Indian National Football Team arrived in Doha to participate in AFC Asian Cup 2023 amidst enthusiastic welcome by fans and Indian community in Qatar. The Embassy warmly welcomed the team and extended best wishes for the Cup
