Operations & maintenance during the event

Additionally, deploy below mentioned staff:

a.  Housekeeping, sanitation and cleaning for indoor as well as outdoor; and maintenance of outdoor greens, indoor plants, including human resource, equipment and consumables – at least 1 dedicated staff

b.  Electrician/ ICT Expert – at least 1 dedicated staff

c.  Security, including human resource and equipment – at least 1 staff at main gate, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor

d.  Fulltime receptionist/ escort who speaks, writes and reads, both Arabic and English – at least 1 dedicated staff

e.  Setup, operate, run, manage and maintain the pantry (or vending machine) for tea, coffee and drinking water, including consumables – at least 1 dedicated staff to cook and serve tea, coffee and water; and help with movement of goods, like LCD screens, standees, chairs, tables and books – at least 1 dedicated staff

Additionally, setup office infrastructure, including colored A4 printer, printing consumables, stationery, wifi, 20 tables and at least 50 chairs

The Bidder should have proven experience in construction/ fabrication and maintenance of public spaces and executed at least 5 International events during the last 5 years. The total cost of construction/ fabrication and maintenance in these 5 events should sum up to 6 million Qatari Riyal. Copy of Work Order along with the completion certificate certifying the required scope and value of the 6 million Qatari Riyal.
